CONDITIONS OF SALE

SALE CONDITIONS

1. Inspect all tiles before installation

2. No claims recognised after tiles have fixed on floor or walls.

NO RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TILER

3. All goods are subject to colour variation due to high baking of clay products

4. Tile layers should mix tiles from one box to another prior to laying

5. Quantities quoted by ROMANO INDOOR & OUTDOOR SOLUTUIONS staff are only approximate. The purchaser is responsible for ordering the correct quantities of goods. ROMANO INDOOR & OUTDOOR SOLUTUIONS will not be responsible for any loss due to incorrect ordering.

PAYMENT

1. 20% DEPOSIT APPLIES ON ALL ORDERS

2. All orders require full payment before dispatch.

RETURNS CREDIT OR REFUNDS

1. We only accept returns on ROMANO INDOOR & OUTDOOR SOLUTUIONS TILES ONLY within 14 days of dispatch.

2. NO RETURNS FOR OTHER GOODS ORDERED IN ON BEHALF OF PURCHASER.

3. Original tax invoice must be provided

4. Only full unopened boxes are accepted of the current batch.

5. Tiles that are no longer in stock will not be accepted

6. NO refund on adhesive grouts and accessories

7. A 25% HANDLING FEE will be deducted from all returns and credits

DEPOSITS PAID ON ALL ORDERS THAT ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

PLEASE CHECK CAREFULLY AS QUANTATIES ORDERED ON YOUR BEHALF REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER.

ALL ITEMS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF ROMANO INDOOR & OUTDOOR SOLUTUIONS UNTILL FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE.
